As a certified carpenter, I started at Walbert-Schmitz in the Technical Project Management department. I am a really communicative person and feel comfortable having direct contact to clients.
After a few years I decided to move into Key Account Management. Here it is also never boring as every industry is as individual as my contact person. This means: listen, be aware, be proactive and goal-oriented. For this purpose, it is important to understand the client and their product or service in order to translate the communicative message within three-dimensional space.
It is also important for me to give these subtleties to the designers in the briefing, thereby keeping a close eye on costs and guaranteeing the technical feasibility. We work closely together at Walbert-Schmitz and I can rely on my team at all times regardless of whether they are holding the fort in Aachen or supporting me at the venue.
